Sessions are held on dates specified in the description of class.
Gold membership to chesskid.com will be available to all students throughout the time the class is held, including when class is not in session unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.*
Digital Chess Tutoring reserves the right to cancel a scheduled session at any time. If a session is cancelled by Digital Chess Tutoring, the purchaser receives the right to a make-up session at a later date at no additional charge.
Failure of the student to arrive at a session will result in that session being forfeited without refund or re-scheduling.

Private Tutoring
Purchaser receives the right to receive the number of private tutoring sessions as specified in the purchase plan.
Sessions will be held on a regulated basis following a plan which will be approved by both parties via email.

In-Person Chess Classes
All attendees and participants of Digital Chess Tutoring In-Person Chess Class attend said chess classes at their own risk. By registering to participate in a chess class hosted by Digital Chess Tutoring, the participant and, if the participant is under the age of 18, the participant's parents or legal guardians acknowledge the risks and dangers that any in-person event poses and chooses to accept said risks.
Should the registrant be 18 years of age or older, or should the registrant be emancipated from their parent(s)/guardian(s), they hereby release and hold harmless Digital Chess Tutoring (including Matthew Youngster, all its employees, and its volunteers) from of any and all responsibility and liability for any injury or claim resulting from participation in any chess class hosted by Digital Chess Tutoring. The registrant hereby grants the released parties the right to be photographed and/or videotaped and further to use their name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising, promotional and commercial materials without reservation or limitation. The released parties, however, are under no obligation to exercise said rights herein. The registrant understands that the authorizations and rights granted herein are voluntary and that they may revoke any or all of them at any time by submitting said revocation in writing via certified mail to Digital Chess Tutoring c/o Matthew Youngster located at 3915 Misty Ct. Land O Lakes, FL 34639. By doing so, however, the registrant understands that they will no longer be eligible for participation in any chess classes hosted by Digital Chess Tutoring.
Should the registrant be under the age of 18, by completing the registration process, the parents or legal guardians of the registrant give up your child’s right and your right to recover from Digital Chess Tutoring (including Matthew Youngster, all employees and all volunteers) in a lawsuit for any personal injury, including death, to your child/ward or any property damage that results from the risks that are a natural part of the activity sponsored by Digital Chess Tutoring. You have the right to refuse to agree to these conditions, Digital Chess Tutoring, Matthew Youngster, all Digital Chess Tutoring employees, and all Digital Chess Tutoring volunteers have the right to refuse to let your child participate if you do not agree to the conditions listed herein.
